Gail Myers
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Myers founded Option 1 Staffing Services with a vision for a staffing firm that incorporates the human element into every facet of the business to provide more successful outcomes for both Employer and Employee. Today, Option 1 has realized this vision with a unique business model for a personalized temporary, temporary to hire and direct placement services focused on Accounting and Finance, Administrative, Healthcare and Information Technology staffing.

Since establishing the company in 1991, Ms. Myers has guided the development and growth of Option 1 Staffing Services into a strong, highly respected local staffing company that is also a multi-million dollar enterprise. Previously, Ms. Myers was Area Vice President for Adecco Services of Palo Alto, CA. While at Adecco, she was responsible for the management and profitability of branch locations in Northern California, including recruitment and training of her staff. Her area was recognized as "Area of the Year" with record sales volume for many years.

Prior to that, Ms. Myers was a Sales Representative at Timesavers Personnel of Los Altos, CA, where her outside sales contributed to the growth of the company's client base. Ms. Myers holds a B.A. degree from California State University at Chico and is an active member of the American Staffing Association and California Staffing Professionals.


Greg Myers
President
As President of Option 1 Staffing Services, Greg Myers' main focus has been on building a company with differentiated services beyond what is being offered by some of the larger and less agile customer-driven agencies. Today, with Mr. Myers' leadership, Option 1 is the local leader in the industry that stands apart from the competition through outstanding client services, team management and market knowledge.

Mr. Myers manages the company's sales and customer service initiatives in which Option 1 has grown from a start up to a multi-million dollar operation. In addition to providing clear sales direction for each division at Option 1, Mr. Myers continually implements innovative recruiting and workforce management best practices to deliver more value to Option 1 Staffing clients.

Previously, he was a Senior Account Executive for Commercial Business Development at Unisys where he developed and managed sales with major technical accounts. In addition to several awards and recognition, Mr. Myers was awarded Account Executive of the Year with Unisys Corporation.

Prior to that, Mr. Myers managed Contract Administration at CAD industry leader Daisy Systems, including negotiation of high dollar sales contracts with domestic and international customers and distributors. Mr. Myers holds a M.B.A. from San Jose State University and a B.A. degree from University of California, Santa Barbara. He is an active member of the American Staffing Association and the California Staffing Professionals organizations.
